David founded the practice in 2016 having worked for local solicitors firms since 2002. With over 20 years experience in criminal law, David has a wealth and depth of knowledge to expertly represent you. 

David's style is to battle hard for his clients. He has been described as tenacious in court. He is a well known and well respected local lawyer.

David heads up the Crown Court section of the team and has Higher Rights of Audience. This means that unlike a great many other solicitors, David has the right to appear in all criminal Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal in London. 

David is equally at home fighting for his clients in the Police Station following arrest. He regularly calls Police Officers to task. 

David was instrumental in the creation of the Independent Supervisory Scrutiny Panel which is a body independent of the police that exists to root out bad practices of the police in the investigation of crime. David is considered to be a vital member of this Panel.

Sharron is the glue that binds the team together. Sharron is the practice manager. She  has over 30 years experience in running law firms. She is an organiser, manager, accountant and much, much more.
